The pride of the distillery, Eve is in a class of her own.
It would of made more sense to aquire a still which was ready to go. It would of saved precious time as well as minimise risk. However the alure of a challenge of this magnitude was just too great.

They wanted the flavour which comes from a traditional copper still, but also a remarkably soft spirit which is inherent of cold-distillation. Inside Eve's column, lies twice the surface area of copper compared to a traditional copper still.

Now Eve blesses us with the finest craft spirit around.
